Licked to Death

So, here is a something pretty hilarious. My friend and co-worker, Glen, bestowed upon me a story of awesome proportions. Way back when "The Empire Strikes Back" was released (1980), little Glen had a hamster that escaped in the house. He was given the unfair option to either stay home and find it...OR...go see "The Empire Strikes Back." Doing the RIGHT thing, he chose to be swept away to a land Far Far Away.

Upon returning with a head still swirling around the notion that Darth Vadar was Luke's father, little Glen stumbled upon a terrible sight.

Lying there on the wood floor, was his Hamster...wet, matted, covered in a pool of canine drool...DEAD.

I seems like Glen's two dogs had their fun licking that poor thing...probably until it's heart stopped. And, they left it for all to see.

So, what did we learn here? ONE: "The Empire Strikes Back" is incredible. TWO: Hamsters CAN die of fright. THREE: Little Glen did the right thing.

Good job, buddy. Good job.

Finished Size: about 3" x 3"
